We are very sorry your experience contracting with our organization wasn’t a fit for you. We have updated some of our contract terms since you have contracted with us; however, we respect that net 60 was not desirable for you. We are dedicated to providing our clients with quality training on their desired timeline. We also have a multi-step quality assurance process our Innovators use while developing materials for the client. To your point, though, delivery timelines are always important in a project management environment. We very much appreciate your feedback that more guidance for new Innovators could be available. We have since established a peer mentoring program as well as an onboarding program to transition new Innovators into our environment as we continued to grow.
As a contracting organization, our opportunities do ebb and flow as they are reliant on client needs and are then offered on individual contractor skill-set/availability. Our client’s changing needs can impact our project forecast at times, which we can only surmise is the basis of the feedback stating ‘false claims of the amount of projects to work on’, as we would only state a volume of contracts based on information provided by clients. While we feel we communicate transparently, please accept our apologies for any unintentional mis-communication. We strive to provide an environment where employees and contractors feel they’re valued, informed and treated fairly. We are continually improving. Thank you for the opinions you shared in your review.
