Nice and great teammates Amazing supportive line manager, very nice person Good culture atleast within my working group Not stressful place Good work/life balance Overall, the higher management people seemed to be nice and caring Good compensation at the start
Cons
Poor higher management in terms of both technical and planning/managing things Workplace not very social, could be isolating Not much diversity of seniority among workers No opportunity for technical growth, not much opportunity to gain valuable experience, definitely not good for juniors Overall, higher management made poor choices dealing with people/projects
