Pros
I started working at uStudio as a recent post grad. uStudio was the perfect environment for me to learn the ups and downs of working at a start up. The team was fairly small and scrappy so it was the perfect experience to wear many hats and understand the challenges with scaling a business. I gained experience and confidence in building relationships with customers, helping shape and define the product roadmap, and navigating the buying process for large and complex organizations. The CEO and leadership team were appreciative of the support and I felt like I truly made a difference. uStudio is a great place to work if you're seeking a fast growing company where you can truly make an impact.
Cons
uStudio has many of the common challenges typical with working at a small startup. That just comes with the territory. You will need to be comfortable identifying issues and then empowering yourself to go and solve them. Not a bad thing, but something to be aware of when working at a smaller company.
