      Pros

      I am a new member at vSplash, and I would like to share my experience. When I attended the interview, there were three rounds. In each round, I met a new person who made me feel like I was taking a positive step forward in my career. After clearing all the interview rounds, they shared Amazon coupons worth ₹500, which really encouraged me. Once I accepted the offer from vSplash, I was placed in a good team. The support team has been guiding me on time without any delay. I have 4 years of experience as a developer, and here I am able to learn new things and see my self-growth as well as career growth day by day. This is my personal review and experience at vSplash.

      As a new joiner, I haven’t observed any cons from my side so far.

      Pros

      I joined as a fresher in vSplash Tech Labs Pvt Ltd and worked 7+ years, nice co-working place. You can learn and work and implement your ideas as well also. The best management and working. They truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast-paced. Especially I would like to talking about our CEO, he is very friendly, and he always mingled with employees when he usually visits the office. Good work culture (One of the best places to work). Friendly Management. Easily approachable. I have always felt like it is family (vSplash family). If I got any chance to work with them in the future, I will happily accept it.

      Pros

      Great Co-workers, decent hours, can leae your job in the office at the end of the day.

      Cons

      No HR, severe lack of communication, immense lack of respect for employees, no job security. (Lyndhurst, NJ Office), bad pay, etc.
