Pros
There seems to be lots of opportunities here. Most jobs are offered internally as well as externally and it has been great to see people promoted this way. There are get-togethers every year which includes both the Bristol and London office, these are really inclusive and let you get to know people that you don't usually communicate with on a day-to-day basis. On top of the standard benefits, we get some pretty cool perks; we get breakfast delivered in every week and on Friday's there is a beer fridge, soft drinks, and snacks in the afternoon, plus an early finish. It is probably the most sociable place I have ever worked whilst remaining inclusive.
Cons
Like anywhere, it's not perfect but I understand they are putting processes in place to gain feedback and work on making improvements.
