Pros
To put it simply, working for WBAC is amazing! Our team is so supportive and i love meeting new people every day. The best part is the security i give to customers to sell their car to a secure business as apposed to selling privately and having people coming to their house. Its a quick and easy process and it makes the customers experience selling their vehicle so stress free. I have been working here a year now and i can honestly say my job here is the best job i have ever had in my working career. I personally had no experience in the car trade or sales and they put me through a full 3 day training course and then a 7 day placement with an experienced buyer to learn everything i need to know for the role which to be honst was so much fun! A year on i still love the role and couldn't think of anything better i'd want to do for a job. It is such a great feeling to help people and ease their stress of selling a car. I would absolutely recommend this job to anyone, regardless if you have the skills right now as they can absolutely be taught. Working here has made me a more confident person and i am so grateful to be able to say i am a part of the WBAC team!!
Cons
The only con would be the no shows that you get during the day. This is nothing against the company as some people book appointments with no intention of coming down which can be frustrating.
