Leadership is a loose term for the higher ups of the company. The benefits are an actual joke. 50% coverage of expensive and mediocre plans. If you plan on having kids and want to keep your job beyond your 6 weeks of unpaid leave, keep looking. Money might seem decent at the start, but not worth it. The program itself is incredibly messy and practically impossible to present to customers.
