Salaries are always on time. Other than that, there is nothing good that could be said that applies for the whole organization.
Cons
Fake increment promises. Manipulative. And the worst, will become your enemy when you will resign. They try their best to get rid of you ASAP after resigning. When work load doesn't allow early departure, they will compensate your earned leaves on Saturdays and Sundays. They will even go as far as saving the last day income of the month if its a holiday, saying your last work day is today and you will get till today. They have also no mechanism for the tax refund when charged extra.
