I've worked in multiple startups within Finance, Wealth Management, & Fintech, and this is easily a cut above the rest. I joined just before the 2020 COVID lockdown occurred, and the company has been thriving remotely. Can't wait to get back into the office though! - Open & entrepreneurial approach to work, if you want to get stuck into something beyond your "role", then that is encouraged - Great team dynamic, everyone gets on well - Regular socials - Hugely innovative & disruptive product - there is literally no comparable competition to the platform, so if you are looking for the next big early-stages Facebook, Netflix, or Spotify, then look no further.
Cons
No cons! As with all startups, varied/longer hours can be required, however the rewards are worth it.
