Pros
They hire entry-level account managers and remote employees. The portfolio is diverse so you get to know a lot of businesses and expand your networking
Cons
No work-life balance, the senior leadership cannot be trusted. The team leaders are extremely busy so training is not a priority and the professional level is not impressive at all. They are cheap, salaries are low in comparison to the industry benchmarks and no bonus plan is offered unless you're a manager. There aren't really "hi-tech perks" although they think there are. They keep talking about "hypergrowth" but looks like they're not moving in the right direction, the churn is massive and the clients are very demanding, driving a lot of the employees to leave the company, and recruiting processes are very slow. Also, they're outside of TLV, although the office is nice and spacious
