Pros

The projects are genuinely interesting, and the team holds a high bar without the ego that often comes with it. You’re surrounded by sharp people who care about doing things right and getting real results. The platform has real depth—you’re not fighting your tools, you’re able to execute and move quickly. And the AI work isn’t just marketing fluff; it’s thoughtfully integrated into both the product and how the company operates.

Cons

It's fast-paced and busy — you're expected to be autonomous, dig into things on your own, and stay proactive about learning. I'd put that in the Pros column personally. But I get that it's not everyone's thing, and it's worth knowing going in.

Cons

Continue to improve communication internally.

Pros

Zoovu has a great mix of smart people, great customers, and technology that is always getting better. There is rarely a dull moment. The team is supportive, talented, and fun to work with. Our customers bring the kind of challenges that make the work feel valuable and engaging. I also love that the technology keeps evolving to meet changing market demands. It means we are constantly learning, always improving, and only occasionally pretending we totally saw the latest change coming.

Cons

A downside of working at Zoovu is that the pace of the market does not always make it easy to stick to a steady roadmap. The same flexibility that helps the company adapt also means priorities can shift. With a large number of live customer experiences, it can be challenging to stay fully on top of every moving piece. It is never boring. It does require a high tolerance for change and the occasional feeling that the product and the market are both sprinting at the same time.
