      Great company to work in. Amazing people. Run by the original founders who founded the company back in the early 90s Ability to work remotely

      Pros

      staff is very supportive and values each other. Lots of social perks in terms of activities etc. lots of support to take on leadership and development. Very easygoing

      Cons

      maybe a little fast paced but I think most design agencies are. Compensation could be better

      The best place to work with people who genuinely care for one another and their professional growth, even if that means beyond zu.

      Relatively “flat” structure, hard for advancement.
