Pros
Empowered Systems pays 100% for high deductible healthcare.
Cons
Basic everything. Technology is stuck in HTML 4 days, engineering is underfunded. Sales isn't that advanced. Services doesn't have a methodology they use. Product Management is reactionary to customer need, not visionary. Don't expect a lot except a paycheck, which will be outsourced as well. Vacation and sick time will be micromanaged. CEO says he ran a software company, but that was in the early 90s. Has no clue how to relate to employees or be relevant in the 2020s.
