Serve those who Serve moto is nice and for the most part true helping a Church is a noble cause
Cons
NO reimbursement for on call or extra hours and seems to be an expectation you work at least 41+ hours a week. Haughty attitudes if you do not know it all and have a photographic memory do not apply You may be told one thing to your face and another is told behind your back they say they are all Christians yet they do not necessarily display that in their actions.
