Pros

Great mission, you can clearly see how your work contributes to the overall mission.

Cons

The job easily takes over every aspect of your life. There is no "turning off." Difficult to have work/life balance in this organization. Little opportunity to advance.

Pros

**NOTE** Many of the reviews on this page are for students who engage in membership/leadership in Enactus clubs on campus, not who work for Enactus/Enactus USA HQ. +Our network of students and faculty is on-board and passionate about the mission to be part of a better, more sustainable world. They are often proactive about opportunities and develop projects that are innovative, sustainable, socially-minded, and/or entrepreneurial in nature. +Other RPMs were very engaged in the mission and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

- Terrible leadership at the international and national levels impede organizational stability and growth - For an org centered on innovation and good business principles, Enactus cannot effectively innovate or maintain a budget. Numerous layoffs have wreaked havoc on the staff's sense of security. -Innovations promoted by senior leaders are not sustained. As a staff member, any new projects/programs I had to implement changes in operations on my own with little internal buy in and little/no budget. If it went well, then it was claimed as an organizational success and replicated. If it did not have the intended impact, I was ostracized and humiliated. - Toxic work culture with little accountability and lots of office gossip. Perceived factions do little to unify the organization in the face of an uncertain future. -CEO Rachael Jarosh does not know how to work with others and garner trust. -Big disconnect between funding mechanisms and donor expectations, student/faculty expectations, and expectations of staff. -HR does not function appropriately. Nothing can be said in confidence and processes are not followed to resolve issues - especially between staff and a senior leader. -Very little racial diversity as part of Enactus international / Enactus USA.
