      It's a job. Pay is ok for area.

      Cons

      Negative work environment. Pay was medicore for work expectations. Just your normal factory job. They give vacation, but you also have to cover 12+ hr shifts for coworker vacations and sick days w/e they randomly occur. No value to hard working team members..you're just another number.

      getting better benefits, new building.

      Cons

      poor pay, even for the location. An immature and disorganized management structure that doesn't seem to want to improve. bad communication on new organizational changes. Exceedingly difficult to make career advancement, for some impossible.
