      Nothing nice to say about this place

      The work culture here is toxic. Long hours are rewarded and unrealistic expectations are set. Management doesn’t seem to care about the employees.

      Seems to be a general level of satisfaction at the plants. Well built plants and the way that the business runs the plants means lots of overtime. Lots of learning opportunities.

      Very robust work culture. Pay is bottom quartile.
