      Pros

      If you are a male in a lead position at Endries you have all the benefits.

      Cons

      As a female in a lead position at Endries you are treated like dirt. The supervisor ignores you days on end, you are put on the floor to do normal warehouse associate duties. They expect you to go above and beyond to help not fall so far behind. On top of that they expect you to continue to do all your extra jobs with no time allocated for you to do it. They promise things but never follow through. Also protect people that are doing things wrong and never talk to them to fix the issues.

      I can’t say there was anything good. The pay is terrible and there’s such politics it’s sad always thinking backwards.

      Awful management terrible pay avoid this place in fact just don’t even apply here! They don’t have good leadership at all.

      There are NO pros to working at Endries.

      Cons

      They do NOT care about their employees. I worked for 9 years and wouldn't go back for quadruple the salary. Zero attention to employee welfare or employee happiness.
