      Pros

      Working at Enegren Technology has been a really positive experience. The team is friendly and supportive, and the work environment feels balanced. Expectations are clear and reasonable, and there is a genuine concern for maintaining a work-life balance.

      Cons

      One small downside is the PTO—it’s a bit limited compared to what some other companies offer. It’s not a major issue but having a few more days would definitely make a difference.

      Fantastic team to work with that is always willing to help! Very accommodating to work-life balance. Ability to grow and hone your skills due to the variety of work. Company culture is absolutely fantastic!

      Cons

      You will need your own vehicle for service calls. As it is an MSP, there is a lot of client specific information that takes time to learn.
