      Pros

      Easy to schedule vacation days, very solid work-life balance, good insurance, benefits, and 401k.

      Cons

      Very little employee training/development, lack of organization, mismanaged opportunities for expansion, salaries below the national averages, IT coordination lacking, out-dated work methods.

      - Like every company, there are some good people. - Have a great craft following in certain areas. - Regional independence from headquarters

      Cons

      - No training - No guidance - No direction - No real plan - More focus on customer satisfaction than employee satisfaction - Never know if you are doing good/bad in managements eyes - Mess up payroll and benefits, so you better pay attention - Numerous promises that are not kept to multiple employees (get every promise in writing or won't happen) - 2nd in command (The President) left twice ....in 3 months....2 different people. - Constant turnover across multiple positions

      Pros

      The company treats their customers great, and that's about it.

      Cons

      Low salary, they use the flexibility to make you feel obligated to work overtime. Very stressful. Joke of an IT department can keep the work stations running smoothly. No professional training or development.
