Pros
There are a lot of bright journalists and analysts working there, who really know about their subject areas. It's focused and has some prestige in the industry.
Cons
It's very old fashioned and the fact that it's effectively run by the owners mean senior people get hired and fired on a whim. They never seem to have gotten a handle on how to market some of their products effectively, how to grow people and the company or how to use social media.
