Pros
I worked for Enesco for over 20 yrs and loved it when I started, worked hard and the management was wonderful. I made a lot of money for this company and was treated with respect. I was so loyal Until the founder sold the company and the new owners didn't care about the industry or the business, they just cared about money and selling the businesses bit by bit for more they purchased it for and making profits far beyond its worth. Greed is not good.
Cons
The continuous buy-outs and vision of the company changed, you became a number. While other companies where changing their business model and culture Enesco stayed the same and old 80's company with little vision and growth. All of their operating systems are old and out dated. The Culture of this company is negative and so out dated, they don't tell the truth this stems and starts from the top.
