Pros

They strive to push the boundaries of sports entertainment and social media content. Being an industry leader is a real, achievable goal for Engage.

Cons

Their creative logistics, performance review, and termination processes could all use a bit of refinement. During the term of my employment I never received any professional feedback on my performance, and was terminated with no notice. Be wary of planning any long term life-changes around this employer, as the job could disappear without any hint of its impending change.

Pros

Friendly and talented people Flexible timings Good brands to work on Good place to start a career

Cons

Flexible timings are a boon and a bane Untimely Salaries Nil transparency between upper management and employees Lack of vision for employee development Pressure situations are handled well internally at all. Leads to chaos more often than not. Promises the stars to clients without having the resources to do it, leading to undue pressure on employees Law-breaking attitude towards salary matters Limited creative growth Nil work/life balance. Working weekends encouraged Too many meetings. Increments are decided on the basis of how actively you communicate with the upper management rather than with your work Any sports lover is at a risk of falling out of love with sports by working here

Pros

Good for a brief time to gain experience on how not to run a digital production company. Have attracted a select few talented individuals, or acquired long term employees who have a lot to offer and teach, but do not have the empowerment or ambition to do so.

Cons

Will throw you under the bus to keep clients (even if it wasn't your work the client was upset about), witnessed multiple dismissals for unsound reasons, Engage Sports Partners have a tendency to "oversell" products they can't deliver" - multiple issues with poor inexperienced managers, and bleeding clients, no HR and lack of compassion for workers in general. Do not pay freelancers for months.
