      Quality tech stack offered, friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      Zero awareness of the brand within the market place Senior leadership is a mess, constant pivoting and changing of direction Owned by extremely ruthless PE firm that has shown time and time again they do not mind carnage. They just move preferred executive leadership into their portfolio companies who simply have no track record of success that would bring them to that role Inundated with weekly standing meetings Incredible amount of turnover including 3 CEO’s in 1 year’s time. Consistent dose of public scrutiny and criticism No work life balance

      Great Benefits and Pay; Free to Do Work without Micro Management

      Pros

      The benefits are great. Best healthcare plan every, 13 holidays. 15 vaca days (20 after 5 years). Can do work the way I want to without being yanked around or micro-managed. Hybrid work environment, work remotely most days.

      Cons

      Management has changed. You may see some negative reviews from 1 to 3 years ago. The dust is settling. Things are on the right track now. Not really a con, it depend on your attitude but it's a small company so you need to roll up your sleeves and take care of whatever needs to be done as you aren't going to have a huge team of many players on any project to help you. Sometimes times that's more a blessing.
