Thank you for your feedback. We wanted to keep you on our team as you had shown great potential during your first few months on the job. It takes time and effort for a support tech to master the software they are supporting and understand how to best help its users. You were building experience and making great progress in your support role. Unfortunately, you and your support manager could not address certain performance issues. We tried our best to make things work, but in the end you resigned. That was a great disappointment to us. We are sorry it did not work out and wish you well in your career. Since your departure, our growing company is now offering medical benefits, a 401K, as well as team building and professional development opportunities.
* Nice people
* Generally relaxed atmosphere
* Work isn't very stressful
* Monthly bonus of $250
* Annual bonus depending on length of service, health of company
Cons
* Poor management/no management
* Job descriptions are suggestions only - you will need to make up your own job and will be asked to complete other duties that may have nothing to do with your job description (i.e. sales, graphic design, etc.) due to how small the company is
* No training
* Low pay (generally below market rate)
* No health, dental, 401K
* 10 days vacation, 6 days sick - doesn't increase (currently) until 5 years

Thank you for the review. As a small and growing business, each team member contributes greatly to the team and might help in various tasks based on the clients' needs and our business needs. We initially planned for you to support a new product and unfortunately the workload was lighter than expected and could not support a full-time person. Instead of eliminating your position or switching you to part-time, we assigned you different responsibilities that aligned with your background and skills. This worked out great as you performed very well with these new responsibilities and we were very happy with your performance. We were sad when you took another job and left our team. We miss you and wish you well in your new career.
Since you departed, we have improved our onboarding and training program for new hires in this position and we now offer health benefits, free vision and dental plans, as well as 401K.
6 Paid National Holidays, Paid Vacation Time based on Years of Service, Monthly Performance Bonus, Paid Trainings in job-related Courses, Paid Business-related Travel occasionally, Employee Recognition Programs, monthly Birthday celebrations, and an Annual Bonus based on performance and company profitability.
Cons
Management and business structure needs improvement.
