Pros

nothing I honestly think they paint a nice picture and when you get there is all a lie

Cons

Management treat you terrible. They have mass firings and bring armed guards with ak47s . They only keep they friends or ones they like. they hire anyone with a pulse. HR does not do anything write, they lie constantly not pay commissions, mess up your hours. you constantly every week have to talk to them about your hours. they love to move people every 8 weeks to different positions. it's tlle most toxic place I've ever seen

Pros

They will hire you on the spot as long as you have a pulse.

Cons

Sketchy business practices. Terrible and unnecessarily overly aggressive management. They talk to you and treat you like crap. Place is a revolving door, so much so that they have multiple security personnel with AR-15’s each time they do a mass firings which happens every few months or so. The worse place I’ve ever worked at.

Pros

When you're in a company like this, you're not safe no matter how good you or your team are. Performance and sacrifice won't protect you. If you're desperate looking for a job and land in this company, go ahead and start looking for something else while you are getting an income for a limited time

Cons

Honestly, this company has a shady history. A lot of their early success came from taking advantage of customers, and now they’re facing a major lawsuit and are under serious investigation. They’ve since tried to restructure and make it seem like they’re operating by the book, but to be honest, they’re finding new “legal” ways to do the same shady stuff. Their profits have taken a hit, and instead of improving their practices, it seems like they’re looking for new ways to squeeze more money out of people possibly crossing the line again. As for how they treat employees… it’s not any better. They’ll hire you with a plan in mind (usually short-term), and once you’ve served your purpose, they start looking for a reason to get rid of you. They are known for furloughing people instead of laying them off, which is somehow worse, leaving people stuck in limbo with no pay or direction. I’ve seen them do this to co-workers who helped build the company’s infrastructure from the ground up, high-performing salespeople, people who relocated across states for the job, even someone who had just gone on maternity leave. One of the worst cases I saw was someone who left a job they’d been at for over 10 years to join this company, only to get fired a week after starting. No warning, no reason that made sense. That says everything about how disposable people are here. No one is safe. Sometimes major decisions are made by the president alone, without informing the rest of the exec team. This is a small startup mentality running inside a company that’s too big to be operating that way anymore. If you're considering joining or doing business with them, ask yourself what makes you think you're going to be the exception? Most people don't last long here as long as you are not part of the executive team and agree to do what you're being told to do without any questioning.
