I have to agree fully with the other review here. There was a serious lack of trust from management while I worked at Enlinea. The managing director often made me feel incompetent by asking questions in a patronizing manner. There was no trust from upper management and it made the atmosphere tense and very unenjoyable to work in. Although I am an honest and hard working person there were times that the managing director would check in on me unnecessarily and try and catch me out on something. Like I say, a severe lack of trust on his part and it felt really horrible to work for someone like this while you're trying to do your best. Whenever the managing director was in the office it was a very tense atmosphere with literally no banter or casual chatting of any kind in the course of the entire day. This was several years ago so maybe things have changed since then (I can only give you my experience from in the past), but I've never worked with someone before who was severely missing the mentorship/leadership skills you tend to see in other business owners. All in all Enlinea was the worst place I've ever worked in the course of my career. The managing director was unfriendly and untrusting. There was no real connection between him and the employees under him and he lacked the social skills and mentorship skills to really help his team grow properly. I felt severely underappreciated at Enlinea. Not nice people to work for overall. I've had great experiences at all the places I've worked with the exception of Enlinea.
