The salary was well below the market rate. Although we were promised that as long as we perform well in company, we will see good rewards. But there's hardly any annual salary increment (<2%). The employment benefits were cut and reduced from years to years. While team managers would try to help out their staffs on salary adjustment, all these requests will be rejected by the Singapore HR and top management. The Singapore office's environment was very bad as everyone has no motivation to work due to the low pay and worsening benefits. There's hardly any promotion chance for non-Japanese staffs too.
