      Nothing pro about this company.

      Lots wrong....president doesn't trust employees, can't suggest anything unless president thinks of it first. Ideas are never giving a chace.

      Great talent/poor management

      Pros

      Enserca has some extremely dedicated and talented personnel working in every department. They have the talent to be a solid engineering company.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely atrocious. Talent wise, this is a solid "B level" engineering company. Unfortunately, executive management drives performance to that of a barley functional organization. Enserca receives no repeat business from its clients and the turnover rate of employees is ludicrous. This is entirely due to the lack of leadership and business acumen at the executive level.
