      Flexible working hours with 2 days wfh

      Cons

      as the title suggests, i was hired to do some unorthodox forecasting for demand, but followed instructions to produce prototype, deemed as good but still laid off due to “product not delivering impact”

      The low rung staff have to work their butts off for low pay yet the top get paid highly with absolutely nothing to do , they have plenty of time to gossip though

      Work flexibility. Great products. Wonderful BU support.

      Cons

      Results doesn’t = recognition. Only promote based on likes not results. Laying of legacy Entegris staffs and hired own friends or former colleagues. Unfair pay structure.
