Absolutely nothing, get out as soon as practicable, and run for your life would be more accurate.
Cons
Ownership operates very similar to a dictatorship; compensation is way under par (60% below market value minimum), plus zero benefits, no vehicle allowance, no vacations, no year-end bonus, no real technology other than a cell phone. They are keeping most of the Owner provided general conditions for themselves. Extremely unprofessional demeanor with both Contractor's and their own company employees.
