It's hard to contemplate any pro, even if you think for infinite light years.

The founder has no sense or understanding , the company culture ( joking) is to be extremely pretentious while not understanding technicalities of any job. The company as suggested by former employees is built by conning. Their business is extremely unstable and won't last for long as the business is crowded.

We would like to thank you as this has helped us grow as a company. We would also share with you our ‘side of the story’ by reminding you that our founding team has worked in the supply chain industry and won the trust of clients to successfully manage over $50 million in logistics spend. This would not have been possible but for a strong culture and respect for each individual.
Secondly, it is not necessary to know technicalities of all jobs in a startup because we believe in hiring people with complementary skill sets. We also firmly abide by the policy that the people we hire should be, in some or the other way, better than us. Thus they can handle the responsibility and commitment that a startup demands.
We have now completed 5 years and delivered results for our customers year after year. Our founder and the team are committed to building a lasting business, that outlives all of us and this post!
one room office, huge distrust in employees, no one listens to employees, one person is controlling everything. the owner likes to make people work extra( certainly will make u sit extra)

Thank you for sharing this as this review, which we wish to disagree with. It is typically not uncommon to have one room office in a startup, we have grown as a company and so has our office.
Secondly, with the team size being small and full of talented individuals, a startup optimises its time and efficiency by removing hurdles like hierarchy and red tapism. Our leadership continues to learn and grow, to deliver greater value to all.
There is no substitute for hardwork and undeniably there are some work days where we have to be a little flexible and to make up for these days we certainly put in great team lunch days and spot holidays as well. And in case you did not know, this is the only company in our industry which gives a one month paid vacation when an employee completes 2 years and gets married!! We work smart and play hard!
