      Pros

      As I was working as a part timer, the managers were approachable and friendly and they are very willing to allow part timer to step up to even shoulder responsibilities of a full timer because of a lack of manpower. A lot of trust and empowerment were given to the part timer at that time.

      Cons

      However, the management has poor ability to manage the employees because of tight schedule and the supply chain has issues trying to step up production and meet up to the demand of the companies.
