There are none, except maybe some of the people there that care despite poor management.
Cons
Management and ownership lack vision an customer focus, sales staff is practically non-existent, ill equipped, and poorly trained. Staff is under-valued, under-paid, under-appreciated, and raises almost never happen. Owner(s) think they are doing their customers and employees a huge favor just by existing and take both for granted. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to work.
