The company was bought out. The buy-out management team decided they knew best and deconstructed the work of the previous management. They subsequently removed the companies usp and then wondered why it all went to sh!t. Last I heard was that the director who undertook this has also since been emptied out - what goes around comes around :)

new leadership have an archaic iron fist style, takes criticism personally and is very much out of their depth. Have absolutely no idea how to manage change. Employee turnover has rocketed with most skilled already or soon to leave. Late and incorrect payments, etc, etc.
