The water is free And there’s one good person there. ONE!
Cons
Issues with this business start at the top. The CEO is petulant child who doesn’t actually do anything. Shows up at 11, berates his employees or bore them to death about how great a guy he is and how much money he makes. All hyperbole. Dresses like willy wonka and literally undoes and progress made prior to his arrival. Dude is unstable and has pretty burned every bridge. Unethical, skirts taxes and violates customer agreements with impunity.
He’ll sell the crap out of you on the business but will undoubtedly lie about revenue, history and so on.
No benefits. Subsidized mass health.
No flexibility for emergencies
Just dont do it!!
Very small organization, You may be the 4th person in the company.
May be offer more to get you in but almost 0 Benefits, you have to pay lot from your pocket to get healthcare benefit,
H1B visa transfer is just a scam here.
If you manager or reporting person give something in written, Don't trust that because CEO may say it's not the policy.
