Current culture is driven by bottom line and does not value employees. Charlotte division alone has seen turnover of over 20 employees in the last two years. This is a systematic problem driven by many factors. A few mentioned here are poor leadership, lack of humility to take ownership for mistakes, failure of Charlotte land development team to provide timely opening of new communities. Compensation promises made and then broken. To their credit local Charlotte leadership team is trying to change culture but Columbus corporate office runs the show.
