    tough but good learning place to build up knowledge. working hours is fair

    no stable process is in place, always need to come out with best way to manage new project

    Pros

    I learned a lot, started as part time and moved up to full time with benefits and got a lot of hands on experience and am fortunate for the opportunity.

    Cons

    A lot of micromanaging is done in the office I was at. A lot of disorganization between managers and doctors lacking communication to their medical assistants and to each scheduling department.

    Caring leadership, growth opportunities, benefits package

    There seems to be a good deal of senior leadership turnover... movement to different hospitals, promotional moves.

    Lead thought he was the owner or better then everyone else. Lead by actions not by attitude.

    Pros

    Opportunity for growth in a demanding industry. Personal relationships from the ‘top to the bottom’. Positive and comfortable environment. Epic is very busy place and it really makes the time fly.

    Growing pains are always an issue, which is better than the latter
