      Pros

      I’ve been working here for a while now, and it’s been an excellent opportunity to build confidence and new skills. Knowing that our projects support healthcare programs makes even routine tasks feel more meaningful. The team is competent and very easy to work with. What’s more, the management understands the importance of having clear standards and project goals.

      Cons

      Nearly every project requires extra research and revisions.

      The company somehow survives despite the complete lack of innovation and painfully slow response to change.

      Cons

      - Very low salary. - Management makes promises it never keeps. - The company is badly run and still stuck with outdated technologies and ancient systems. - Leadership is painfully slow to catch up with changes even the most critical ones. - Benefits are awful, there's really nothing to look forward to when you work here.
