- pay very bare minimum, unable to survive on a monthly basis, be prepared to eat into your savings - management thinks they're all high and mighty just because they have gone through the same "experience" as you - if they offer you a job with a promise that you'll have it 5 years down the road, don't believe them, unless you're at the bottom of the food chain. because they can take it away citing that the role is no longer required. and things you once had a huge commitment to, you're unable to commit to them. like day care services for elderly parent, infant care services for your infant, contribute to bills for houses you live in, buying essential items to feed yourself, your family and especially your child who is still an infant. - though you are earning peanuts, be prepared to work till 1am or even after office hours to get some things done. - apparently a solution for someone whose mental health has been greatly impacted (sleepless nights, worries, stress, dark and suicidal thoughts included) due to the low pay is to give them more work to do to earn more. - feels like no one knows what's happening in other regions
