      Pros

      Eppo has a strong product-market fit and is growing quickly. Customers love the platform and team. Engagement is very high. They have a culture of working hard, achieving ambitious goals, and having fun in the process.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind. It seems Eppo will grow in headcount over the next few months, so seeing how they can maintain the culture as they scale will be great.
