Sometimes interesting work, sometimes not so interesting, but plenty of smart engineers. Good benefits and relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

Pay is good but not as high as other engineering shops, there's a noticeable amount of turnover for people seeking higher pay.

      Pros

Good pay Decent benefits New owner with better values Remote work

      Cons

DXD is the odd duck on the Tech side of things, and has a SVP actively undermining the leads. This results in no hope of promotions for the creative teams. You have to leave the company and get hired back to get a raise or promotion. 98% white. 2% POC. Hitting the money goals are the only priority at Epsilon on the Technology side of things. Toxic clients are allowed to abuse creative teams and demand unreasonable deliverables, resulting in a constant revolving door of UXers and Designers. Epsilon cares only about the clients and their payments. Content strategy entails a lot of over promising and under delivering, with a good bit of internal back stabbing thrown in. A toxic mix with lots of 60-80 hour weeks and no support from higher ups. Not worth the pay or benefits at the end of the day. There are so many better companies out there. Keep looking.

      Toxic Culture

      Pros

Great if you’re an old white guy.

      Cons

Completely toxic work environment celebrating a protestant work ethic. The top down leadership approach to showing up in meetings angry and shouting at people over what you don't like is an overused shtick. The company (formerly Conversant) has devolved from meritocracy into mediocrity with the changeover to Epsilon leadership and failing upward of yes men to fill the vacancies left by attrition. This is a place you go to learn bad habits, not advance your career. AVOID!
