      Pros

      Cannot think of any pros when you work with Equinix.

      Cons

      - No work life balance. - Long hour works without appreciation. - Favouritism at its peak. - Internal politics and favourable inclintion towards few employees. - Limited or no growth as company has no policy, only Manager defines your growth. - They can lay you off at anytime they feel. - Unrealistic expectations. Manager adds more to your workload and tells you that it makes you well rounded. - Insensitive towards leaves even in case of serious health complications or genuine issues. - Too much intervention in personal lives.

      Good benefits, good team mates, good management(subjective to IBX)

      Cons

      -career opportunities and promotions are locked behind 'budget'. Internal transfer applications are less prioritized compared to external applications. TA might not even contact you till you asked for an update. -promotions given to underperforming individuals -L1 feedbacks are basically useless despite all the surveys and anonymous feedback forms. -Talent acquisition is bad. -Many changes to work flow in a short period of time, always using terms like aligning with global etc etc etc -Workloads increasing and salary does not justifies.

      No positive thing about the company.

      Cons

      Poor management. Work culture is too bad. Bad politics at senior level. No professional/career growth. No vision of the company. Lack working culture. *These reviews are for Tibco Singapore team.
