      Pros

      I don't understand all the negative reviews. Equinox is not perfect, but they do try to keep their employees happy and busy. The benefits are as good as any other EPC I have worked for. They have an active social club

      Cons

      The main building in Calgary isn't the best - but it is downtown so it is lively.

      Small unorganized company. No job security, unethical management, no appreciation. Archaige system.

      None really. a few good ppl and the odd party.

      Cons

      A lot of cons. They are a hire and fire outfit as they see fit based on workload. There are a few core ppl who drive everything. Its a bleak and hard place to work due to probably the worst prossess and procedures. If I was ever on the client side, no way would I use this outfit.
