      >No good upsides at this place. >Amazing Job, work with the 'PLAYBOSS' >Learn to Survive, learn to play game with boss. >Make me know there are different type of people in this world.

      Cons

      >Messy Management >You will learn how to handle unreasonable request by one of lousy manager, will txt you on midnight. >Able to perform heavy workload like work for more than working hours without pay. >You will learn how to entertain boss if not you will rates as poor performance. >Be prepare to work at least 72hours every week without pay r time off. >All the direction is decided by one person without any guide line. (all depends on the boss moods). >There are only one system in the company which is follow what the boss say no matter right or wrong. If you never follow his instructions and unable finish on time is your fault. >Colleagues never help each other. >Every previous review given is true and everything sounds too good to be true until you find yourself jobless.

      Pros

      Good to understand the realistic world in your early career stage, so you wouldn't have to repeat the same path again in your next career.

      Cons

      Poor company culture Poor management Poor benefit Manager don't guide and teach, all push and blame to subordinate. Uses unfair contract to tie up employees. Unreasonable work load and unclear direction. Vision and mission can change in the next hour.

      Super Toxic

      Can't think of any at the moment

      Lack of respect for staffs. Micro manage Goes around toxify everyone Blame culture. No mentorship. Either sink or swim and everyone looking to play blame game. Practice double standard All emails must cc him. if not he thinks u whole day never do work. if u forget to cc him, he will lecture u for an hour. Ask a yes no question , kena lecture for an hour but end up dunno yes or no Created a toxic work environment for colleagues. Pay up to 9-6pm salary, expect you to standby 24hrs for them Everyday like PMS, talk to him need to check his mood first or else will spoil your whole day
