Pros
A good place to get started, I did like the color People net system they use. Not much else good.
Cons
Old equipment. Terrible pay. They dont pay you for offload wait times, which can be 8 hours. Also they will send you into places a truck should never go into. I survived 6 months with this company. Had 4 trucks, and went through 3 driver managers. First 2 were good, last guy was a clueless rookie. Also, one of my weekly paychecks was $40. Unbelievable!!

Decent home time, friendly dispatch
Cons
Old broken down frieghtliners, mostly have a million or more miles from 2005. Slow response to loads being dispatch. Steelcase loads take hours to unload, and you don't get paid for time waiting. I have had 3 new supervisors in past 3 months. Huge turnover on drivers at Equity, if you can last 6 months, then you are doing good!! You are expected to dispose of Dunnage from Steelcase loads, and Equity has light and heavy trailers, so you learn quickly or pay for being overloaded. In the past 3 months, I have driven 2 trucks, broke down 7 times, and ready to find a career somewhere else
