      Pros

      I really liked working at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, it provided many many benefits and had no downsides. That is all i have to say.

      There are no downsides to be working at the Erasmus University Rotterdam in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, next to Amsterdam

      Pros

      great deal in terms of vacation days, pension, all the stuff a government worker wants. lots of security in that sense.

      Cons

      wholly driven by cliques, and politics. once you hit the top of your salary scale, that's it. it's confused - international university or dutch university, and that confusion shows. most directors are men, and dutch men, and white dutch men period.
