      Pros

      Lots of overtime money for production dept. Easy hiring process/standards. Very friendly production crew which makes working at the company somewhat bearable.

      Cons

      It's unstable at every level right from top management to bottom. Highly volatile & unsafe work environment. It doesn't care about the working conditions of it's people let alone the poor wages.
