Flexibility, lax rules, long lunches, if you are in sales your travel and expense budget is off the charts and you are not required to do anything
Cons
There is no direction, no strategy or plan, and poor management. The wrong people are in key roles and the general motto is "that's not how we've always done it." The company is stuck in a rut of poor organization and communication and senior employees are unwilling to make positive changes.
