      Pros

      Location: Proximity to MRT. Fairly accomodative with work-from-home & flexible hours. Given that so little of SEA has been touched, the company has great opportunities.

      Cons

      Organization wide: - Poor management style. - Too much negativity being propagated by senior members. - Attrition is ridiculously high. Poor people management. - There is no periodic review which directly implies that one has no clue about their own performance and no visibility in pay increments/bonus & career growth. Project Management: - Information sharing is so poor, that it directly affects staff performance in the projects. - Poor leadership and very poor directions given during project implementation.

      Pros

      Operating in a very niche market space but highly respected as I have come to find around the world. A unique set of colleagues sets this company apart from the larger organizations , transparency , culturally diverse , amazing group of people from peers to direct reports to the Board . They understand what it takes to drive the company ahead - it's people and the product. Everyone is hands on , extremely knowledgeable and leadership team leads with good examples. Truly worlds apart from all forms of leadership I have ever met. They don't fake it to make it .
